For mobile to mobile (Java / Windows / Symbian smart mobiles) SMS / Text / chat / IM, GPRS, EDGE, 3G etc are sufficient, 3. OurFreePhone (OFP) software need to be downloaded on compatible handsets to make free voice call or data chat / IM4. 15 days free trial pack comes to make unlimited free International voice calls / chat / SMS,This Italy based VOIP telecom co. OurFreePhone (OFP): is the VERY part of www.sevenrings.net and just made a soft launch in India (where there mobility has reached as a mania) on anuary11, 2009, it also has its presence in these countries right now: Italy (Home Country), Indonesia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE (Gulf), Bahrain, Germany, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain, Philippines, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Romania and adding new countries,This site supports many languages like English, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese,OFP claims itself to be the very first & only telecom / phone VOIP company which is paying its users to talk or make a VOIP call that’s too for free on its software supported smart mobiles (Java / Windows / Symbian smart mobiles) on 3G/HSDPA network for voice calls and EDGE / GPRS etc for sms / chat / IM etc. OFP is using new generation SS7 cables technology under the sea / underground, to provide peer to peer (P2P) VoIP cheap to free mobile calling which is said to given much better voice clarity and quality even good than Skype VoIP brand leader : )The OFP enterprise VOIP servers are right now rout outgoing VOIP calls / work from US, Austria, Austrian Telecom and VOIP calls are routed via Austria.. so Austrian Telecom pays Indian and Int'l telcos, the call termination charges, OFP has invested on networks and equipments etc, $40 millions to make their international VOIP calls Wi-Fi / Wi-Max enabled,OFP - CEO is Antonio GrassoAntoni, the parent's company Seven Rings International's President is Elia De Prisco,It seems they are eying VOIP brand leader Skype which has approx till now 20 million global VOIP subscribers, E-Bay's (Estonia based) Skype VOIP SIP / SOFTPHONE is the most popular VOIP gadget in the world, and now OFP seems to all set to challenge Skype via its MOIP / Mobile VOIP, mobile to mobile free VOIP unlimited International calls : ) Try yourself, it is free for 15 days... Free Mobile-Mobile Int'l Calls @3G OFP Appreciation program:Italy based OFP OurFreePhone has a network marketing or M-L-M (Multi Level Marketing) or many know this as chain marketing plan to get paid / compensate its brand VOIP leaders who are promoting this VOIP company which is providing free calls on mobile to mobile anywhere just like FRING!But what we think is VOIP is the future and its great to have this OFP presence, but network marketing, I doubt will work, as ultimately many M-L-Ms proved to be illegal Pon-zy schemes, time will tell, so take good care before making investment in the companies which claims to get you paid via network marketing, though no harm to use VOIP free calls between OFP-OFP users : ) Free is good, Ref.: http://content.usatoday.com/topics/article/Places,+Geography/Countries/Malaysia/0e3y9Gl1IcccD/1

FreeRinger, the Easy Way to Make Free International Calls from Computer

GTalk2VoIP, the free and publicly open voice gateway for major Instant Messenger clients, today announced the availability of the ultra-simple to use FreeRinger, powered by Talkster. FreeRinger, available at www.freeringer.biz, is a web-based telephone service that lets anyone, anywhere in the world place free international calls from PC-to-phone to more than 35 countries.

Now people anywhere in the world can use their computers to place free long distance calls to their family and friends’ mobile and landline phones in the more than 35 countries included in Talkster’s growing coverage area (http://www.talkster.com/Countries.aspx). All FreeRinger calls are ad-supported, so users never pay long distance or international calling charges, and can talk as long as they like. For call recipients using their mobile or landline phones, the cost is the same as a local call.

“Providing a completely free web-based solution to people who spend a fortune in long distance calls is just another way we are increasing the value of what we offer to our customers,” said Ruslan Zalata, founder of GTalk2VoIP. “Our partnership with Talkster has made this possible and we will continue to work towards providing free, useful and easy to use solutions to our valued users through the development of solutions such as FreeRinger.”

FreeRinger is a web-based, Flash® application, therefore no software download or installation is required as long as the web browser can view content built in the commonly used Adobe Flash. For those users without Adobe Flash, a simple download that works with all Internet browsers on PC, Mac and Linux computers will immediately enable FreeRinger to work.

FreeRinger is also available as a widget that so bloggers and web designers can offer the FreeRinger long distance and international calling service to their sites’ readers and customers. A special hyperlink makes placing calls from FreeRinger as simple as a click from a webpage.

“FreeRinger is a perfect example of how Talkster’s calling platform can be easily integrated to provide free voice communications to online communities and instant messaging services,” said Talkster CTO, Mark Gelman. “This ‘plug and call’ PC-to-phone service is the first of its kind, allowing for free dialing without the need for additional downloads, right from your web browser.”

How to use FreeRinger from your computer:
Sign up for the service by clicking on “Register,” then fill-in the form providing your real e-mail address, which will be used later as your login name. Next, follow the steps below to place a call.

1. Sign in at www.freeringer.biz.
2. Enter your friend's phone number in international format: country code followed by area code followed by local number. Examples: 16505556789 is for USA/California, or 442012345678 is for UK/London.
3. Press Call button. If this phone number is not yet listed on your roster, a subscription process will be initiated and a new contact will be created.
4. A new Talkster number will be assigned for your friend to reach you back on the Web. A phone call will be placed to your friend's phone number and you will hear a voice prompt informing you of your call progress.
5. Once connected, you will have 10 seconds to tell your friend to call you right back on their Talkster number for you, while you stay on hold and wait for them to dial in. Your friend will learn their Talkster number from: a) an SMS message sent during the subscription process, b) the CallerID number displayed to them when you called, c) you can tell them their Talkster number, which appears to you during the registration process. Note that this Talkster number is a permanent phone number that your friend can use anytime they want to speak with you using Talkster.
6. After your friend calls you back, the system will connected you both again and you may talk as long as you like.
7. Press Hang-up button at any time to terminate your call.
8. Click on a contact’s name and press “Call” to initiate another call to same number.

You can also receive calls from regular phone numbers right to your web browser when your friends dial their Talkster number for you. You don't not have to do anything else, just accept the incoming call and talk to your friends as long as you want.

Global Village Callback services

Global Village is a division of Zoom Technologies, a US Nasdaq-listed telecommunications company based in Boston since 1977. Global Village specializes in providing long-distance and other telephone services worldwide. Global Village's headquarters, customer support center, and network hub are in Boston.
Global Village has 3 Callback services:

1.TextCall lowers the cost of calls from a mobile phone. You send the number you’re calling as a text message to Global Village, which calls back your phone and connects you.
2.WebCall lets you use the Web to place low-cost phone calls FAST by calling back any phone you choose, even your office phone, home phone, or mobile phone.
3.PC-Call is a free Windows application similar to WebCall, but with some extra capabilities oriented to Windows. For instance, PC-Call can easily create a speed-dial list by importing contacts from Outlook or some other contact manager, and that speed-dial list can be used by both PC-Call and WebCall. PC-Call also starts up faster than WebCall.
All these callback services should save you money, especially for calls to other countries. None of these services requires special equipment, so you can use them right away without the hassle and expense of special equipment. And all these services include great Web-based call accounting, so you can easily track the calls made, their duration, and cost.
