Global Village has 3 Callback services:

1.TextCall lowers the cost of calls from a mobile phone. You send the number you’re calling as a text message to Global Village, which calls back your phone and connects you.
2.WebCall lets you use the Web to place low-cost phone calls FAST by calling back any phone you choose, even your office phone, home phone, or mobile phone.
3.PC-Call is a free Windows application similar to WebCall, but with some extra capabilities oriented to Windows. For instance, PC-Call can easily create a speed-dial list by importing contacts from Outlook or some other contact manager, and that speed-dial list can be used by both PC-Call and WebCall. PC-Call also starts up faster than WebCall.
